When you order an eSIM, they ask you to choose a free gift with it. And then they deduct the shipping cost. I chose this as my free gift. Unfortunately nothing got delivered. When I asked the customer service, they told since I ordered eSIM, there is nothing to be delivered. Till date I have not got the shipping cost reimbursed, and no free gift either received. They could just increase the price of eSIM instead of cheating in the name of delivery fees and free gift.
