The customer care of tsim through their website chat are very prompt and understand your issue well. They even went the extra mile to help me pick a phone that was compatible with the USA frequency when I didn’t want to spend a lot on buying a new flagship iphone.     I am back in india from USA.
    I had very experience with your sim card. It was so convenient. I could use within seconds after landing.
    To use Uber cars, it was must.
    I prefer physical Sim Card.
    I strongly recommend to buy in India. And activate 2 days before departure.

    I bought this sim thinking this will be useful in Canada too as I landed in Canada and was suppose to travel to US from there. But unfortunately it did not get activated in Canada and my US trip got cancelled and had to return to India. So the Sim was of no use to me, even though I bought it well ahead of my travel.

    Not quite as satisfied with this card, this time, as I have been with TSIM Europe cards. For one thing, TSIM told me I would need another handset – but I have only one, so I took my chances. I wanted to be able to use Google Maps for some driving I was going to do in California. If I got the route while in Wifi range, then it worked fine while driving. But if not … actually getting the route on mobile data was too slow. I realize this is no fault of TSIM, who had warned me.
    Other than that, all was ok with this card. I was able to make local calls without problems.

    Hi !

    I ordered 2 physical SIMs for USA, Canada and Mexico. I got the numbers and the message that my SIMs were activated. When I landed in US, one SIM was working find but the other SIM was not working. I couldn’t make calls and I couldn’t receive the calls. When I was dialing any number, it was giving the automated message from T-Mobile that the SIM I was using was not activated. I called T-Mobile and I visited T-mobile store but they said that the SIM must be activated from the TSIM as it was not issued by them and they wanted to charge $25 to activate it and then more money based on the plan I wanted to use. This was definitely not acceptable. I messaged TSIM service several times about it and even offered to cancel my SIM and give me the refund but nothing was done. I was really disappointed by this.

    The SIM which was working fine in US, was not working in Canada and Mexico even though I had chosen multiple country option. Again T-Mobile customer service told me that I need to buy a different plan and international service for me to use the SIM in mexico. This was not told to me by TSIM. Another disappointment.

    I used this card in Pittsburgh PA, It worked very well in the city and around areas. While traveling on the highway sometimes network was patch. We need to put this card in SIM1 card slot to internet to work. It will not work in SIM2. Also it worked with my realme phone. Card was activated on time which i gave one day before my actual travel date. I got the signal as soon as I landed there. Easy way to connect and making sure that you have connectivity in USA before you travel. You get the number on the same day.

    Do not buy this card. I have been their customer for past few years. The USA sim operates thru two stage dialing ( that means you will have to dial a USA number , once prompted dial your India Number. This is a horrible process to go thru. This means all the time you have to have the India number by heart to you or infront of you. If your dialing speed is slow everything is called off , keep doing it.
    This is hopless

    The signals are more often than not weak and therefore I have to frequently move around during the progress of a call to India.
    In addition, many a time when calling to India, the initial number of +1 347 670 1779 cannot be reached. Hence India calls cannot be made

    A poor management of delivery of physical SIM led to mere wastage of money despite they have taken IMEI number and compatibility check for eSIM, no action was taken to provide the Physical SIM in time. No refund was made and waste SIM is lying idle as it was delivered after 3 days when I left to US.     Buying and activation was smooth. Worked well in Toronto city but sometimes the data part just stopped working. Switching to airplane mode and back did the trick. In USA, coverage blind spots in North Dakota. Use as wifi hotspot not allowed both in Canada or USA.
